a fantastic time staying at your villa |
| by Sarah Gambles, Hello Gary, Just to let you know what a fantastic time we had in florida staying at your villa it was the best holiday iv ever had. It was the first ever time our three children have been abroad and what a great time they had. We could not get them out of the pool, the villa was so big and spacious for us all as there were seven of us. We did all the parks at disney parks which were amazing and Epcot, bush gardens all the waterparks which everyone loved even isobel and roger went down the big slides. I hope that sometime in the future we can come again as it went far too fast and the kids say they want to go to the golden corral every teatime and they are missing it already. Thankyou once again Sarah, Andy, jordan ,sophie and james Gambles. |
fantastic holiday in Florida |

It really was a great place to stay, there was everything we needed, so lovely to come back to after a full day out at the Parks (all of them!). Being so spacious the villa was appreciated by us all. The children have enjoyed every minute, especially all those roller coaster rides (nothing held them back!). It was good to visit the Water Parks (Typhoon Lagoon twice) to relax a little. The children (and my husband) particularly enjoyed playing pool, so good for it to be inside the house as many people have said. Our hire cars (2 Ford Edge) were brill and we soon got the hang of driving around and were soon at the various parks from the villa - it was well situated. Thank you very much Gary for our stay at Jasmine Point Drive, a lovely place and we will have very happy memories of our holiday in Florida. Isobel |
Brilliant Holiday |
| by Elaine Jennings, We have just returned from 2 weeks in this beautiful, homely villa. It is a great place for 2 families. The pool and pool table were used every day and the spa was used in an evening. We visited some of parks and other local attractions all within 30 minutes drive. Coca beach and Daytona beach are well worth visiting too, even though they are about an hour and half away. There are some great places to eat on International Drive. The shoppping outlets are the place to go for bargains. We were cocerned that an 8 seater car would not be large enough for our luggage and us but we had plenty of room. The washing line in the garage was used regularly as being typically British we didnt like to use the dryer all the time. Thanks Gary and sorry we had to ring you as were departing. The best we have stopped in |
| by Craig palmer, We stopped in the villa two families seven people in total. What really worked was the split design which meant that we could come together in the evening but the bedroom layout meant that we had our own space. A real nice touch was the way Gary has furnished the villa, so often Florida villas have a bland, bought from the same company feel to the interior décor.. Not here it’s homely and just right. Another big plus was the free wifi and the cable TV plus the pool table being part of the house rather than in the garage was a very welcome touch. Good location also 30 minutes from Disney.. Would very much recommend this villa and Garys service.. He actually cares….. |
Fantastic Villa |
| by Bob Borthwick & Family, What a fantastic villa to go with a fantastic holiday. 7 of us enjoyed staying in Gary's place for 2 weeks including 2 kids. The villa itself was more than we expected and had absolutely everything we needed. The pool area was extremely spacious and the pool room and games loft were well used. The sitting area was ideal for relaxing after long days at the theme parks. The location was ideal with just a short drive to Disney, Sea World, Universal and International Drive. Gary, you were extremely helpful throughout the booking process and during our stay. We would not hesitate to come back to your lovely home and will of course be recommending your villa to any friends or family considering a vacation in Florida. |

Lovely spacious villa |
| by Lisa and co., Lovely spacious villa, plenty of room for 7 of us. Extra sitting room upsatairs ideal for teenagers. South facing pool and jacuzzi perfect, sunshine from morning till night, great for a relaxing dip after the parks or chilling out on a day off. Good location, 15mins to shops and resturants, 30mins to parks, 1.5hrs to Busch Gardens and 2hrs to Clearwater Beach. We had a fantastic holiday and would definately recommend this villa and the owner to anyone visiting Florida. |
Fantastic 'Floriday' Villa |
| by Vicky Skinner, Our group of 7 had a great time on our 2 week Florida Holiday over the New Year period. We all enjoyed the pool during the first week, but the temperatures in Orlando dropped below freezing during the 2nd week of our stay, and unfortunately the pool heating couldn't maintain a warm enough temperature in the pool! The villa is in a great location - close enough to the major attractions and in a quiet enough suburb to get away from it all in the evenings. The pool table was certainly used to the maximum benefit, as were the cool boxes for taking lunch out to the parks. We would certainly recommend the villa to friends and look forward to another visit (with warmer weather next time!). |

| by Vicki Smith, We stayed here last year and were amazed by the place but the new decor and updated furnishings give the place a step up the ladder and I'd certainly call the place top class. This is an amazing home from home and you'll not want to leave. The houskeeping team are friendly and helpful and the neighbours are lovely too. I recommend a vist and trust me, as you walk through the door you'll be WOWED by this home, no, you'll be WOWED!!! before you walk through the door. |

The villa was so much better than other places we have hired, the pool table play station and pool where in constant use. Also very easy, friendly and accommodating booking process made the whole experience wonderful. Will definitely be going again and recommending to others. |

Lovely quiet suburban location but not too far from all the attractions. We hardly stopped to take a breath so now need another holiday to recover and we have all had to go on diets! 4 Star Villa |

Gary provided a caring and attentive service keeping in periodic contact after our booking but before the holiday, we appreciated his courtesy phone calls on arrival at the Villa and again on our return home. The villa is a "home from home" will all the facilities you would require. The swimming pool, jacuzzi and pool table were in constant use. Having the pool table inside the main house is an excellent idea. The two living rooms worked well, the children appreciated having their own living room (so did the parents!) with the games consoles. Excellent location approx 25-30 minutes from Walt Disney World and other parks, but in the suburbs so you could appreciate the countryside. I will definitely be recommending the villa to my friends and family and would return in the future. |

Great villa in a great location |
| by Paul Haczynskyj, Just returned from Orlando and a cruise. Great villa in a great location. We travelled as 2 couples, one child, one single woman and an elderly lady (70+). The downstairs bedroom and bathroom was perfect. My son and I are usually relegated to the garage to play pool so having a pool table just off the main living area was a bonus! We played a lot of pool but still felt part of the rest of the group. Although we all got on great in the villa and didn't need them, it was good to have several areas to sit and relax including an upstairs sitting area with TV and games console. This was in addition to all the usual villas. Finally a word about Gary - the owner. I booked this villa because out of about twenty or so replies I got by email, Gary was the only one to phone up personally. Communication was great prior to the holiday, he checked we were OK with a phonecall just after we arrived and has also checked everything is OK on our return. The villa and Gary's "customer service" are thouroughly reccommended by me and my fellow travellers. |

We had a small hiccup on arrival and the management team were very quick to respond and problem sorted out straight away. If and when we return to Florida we would most definately book this villa. We have visited Florida and stayed in many villas in the past and this is by far the best!!!!! Once again thank you very much for allowing us to book with you. |

It was lovely to have a real home from home and plenty of things to use for cooking washing etc, while still having luxury benefits like pool. The file of info was really useful and a nice touch.
